State the arrival and departure dates, for how many persons, the room/unit of your choice if any, otherwise, we will suggest the units you may consider. Leave your name and your cell phone/email address so we could get back to you as soon as possible. For RESERVATION, deposit 50% at any BPI (Bank of Phil. Island)/ BDO branch nearest you, under Isla Vista Beach Resort bank account. We will send the bank details on the day of the deposit thru text message only. Text us your name, deposit amount/ date,/time and reference number (BPI, upper right side corner of deposit slip; BDO, at the left side corner). Then, we’ll send you the confirmation details. Without the confirmation details, the reservation process has not been completed. We require 50% deposit to accept reservation. We only have limited units especially the EXCLUSIVE units. You can just walk in, but don't blame us if there are NO available units upon your arrival. Upon check in, present duplicate deposit slip at the Information. Please make your Full Payment + refundable key deposit, upon check in. Room keys are only issued upon full payment. Pay as you order in the store and resto/bar. No room charges. To check out, surrender/return the room key at the information on or before 11 AM. Otherwise, extension rate shall automatically apply/charged after 11 AM. However, we can not extend your stay if we have an earlier reservation for that time/day. So, notify us in advance if you have any intention of extending your stay. REFUND applies if cancellation is made seven (7) days before reserved date. The same applies with REBOOKING or RESCHEDULING. For rebooking/Cancellation process, click here. |
